If you use the callback-message form, the demo may store the name, optional phone number and message that you submit. Demo bookings may store the name, selected service, date and time used during the demonstration. Interaction events may also be logged to help test whether the demo is working.
If you submit the Auto Service pilot-interest form, the workshop name, contact name, phone/WhatsApp, city and notes you provide may be stored so the pilot enquiry can be followed up. Pilot-interest records are intended to be retained for up to 90 days unless they are deleted sooner or become part of an active business relationship.
Do not enter medical records, financial information, passwords, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information.
Demo bookings, callback messages and interaction logs are intended for testing and are automatically eligible for deletion after 30 days; they may be deleted sooner during development. Pilot-interest records use a 90-day cleanup window. Data is not intended for advertising or sale.
When this system is configured for a real client, the client will need its own privacy, recording-consent and data-retention rules appropriate to its location and industry.
